Items can be exchanged within 14 days of delivery. We'll pay the return shipping costs only if the return is a result of OUR ERROR (you received an incorrect/ defective item).
If 14 days have passed since your delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. We always recommend down sizing if you are in between sizes. However, please refer to our SIZE CHART if you rather not go through the discomfort of breaking them in.
You should expect to receive your exchange within 5-8 business days (if size and style is available). If not available, it may take a month for pre-order process. In that case, a new style in stock may be selected.
If you need to exchange an item, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with subject line EXCHANGE. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs when returning at item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
You have 60 days from the delivery scan to file a claim on a potentially lost or missing package. USPS only keeps tracking numbers for 120 days.
