Preorders and IN STOCK orders can not be canceled. It is your responsibility to read item description before making a purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
LOST/ STOLEN ITEMS
We are NOT responsible for refunding or replacing lost or stolen item shown as delivered. Once you receive your tracking number please make sure you track it. If your tracking information states that your package was DELIVERED to the address you provided and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
If you entered incorrect address, we are NOT responsible for refunding/ sending new item. Any packages returned to us as non-deliverable will be re-shipped at customer expense. We only cover costs if item was lost from USPS and never reached your destination.
We do not issue refunds.
You have 60 days from the delivery scan to file a claim on a potentially lost or missing package. USPS only keeps tracking numbers for 120 days.
